Singing is our birthright.

We are untangling a myth. The one that tells of urgency and hustle and grit. That sings a sour song of self-abandonment and sacrifice that rubs our weary soul down to the bone. We were lost in its never-ending labyrinth. But we are waking up. We are writing ((and making and feeling and singing and embodying)) a new way forward, a new story. We no longer believe that our body is separate from our whole being. We no longer subscribe to the limiting stories we were told about our deeper purpose.

We can heal and be healed.
We can lead and be led.
We can nurture and be nurtured.

Embodiment, stillness, breathwork, and vibrational alignment guide us toward deeper connection to self and purpose and being able to show up more fully for those we care about ((including ourSelf)).

Welcome, dear soul.

I'm audrey (she/her) – singer & songweaver.

Singing, to me, is as breathing: something I have always known. In my body. In my bones. In my blood. In my spirit. When I sing, I feel as though I'm flying. And, when I sing with others, I soar.

This is why I am here.
To sing the songs of my heart and to inspire you to do the same.
There is a song in you.
There is a creative flame just waiting to be tended.
Can you feel it?

My deepest hope is that the songs and meditations I share are as much medicine for you as they are for me.

Let these words and melodies be a balm.
Sing and let the spirit of the music move through you and carry you.
These songs are for you and for me – for us.
Let us meet the moment with hearts wide open and a deep belly exhale.
This space and this one precious life is ours to create.

Loving you and this beloved community of singers, our songha.

Nourish the music.

We are not meant to do this alone.

The singing, the living, the healing, nor the thriving. And I truly could not do this–this life of singing and songweaving and caring for my family and beloved community–without you. We make the music. And there are many ways you can tend the roots, weave these songs, and cultivate this community with me:
