ABOUT 'LIFT YOUR VOICE'
As part of the 2018 St. Johns Intergenerational Project, this group is intended for singers of ALL AGES and ALL SKILL LEVELS. We'll sing everything from ol' standards and favorite folk tunes to well-known hymns and traditional sacred choral music. Emphasis will be placed on celebrating your voice and embracing your voice as it is NOW. You will learn about healthy breathing techniques and how to manage your breath to create beautiful sound. Singers in this group will also have the experience of singing in front of an audience in our end-of-term sing-along performance.

ABOUT ST. JOHNS INTERGENERATIONAL PROJECT
The St. Johns Intergenerational Project is committed to fostering compassion and service to others by connecting people of all ages through music & story-telling. This year, St. Johns Intergenerational Project is comprised of weekly sessions at three partnering organizations in St. Johns: Harvest Homes Assisted Living, Bridge Meadows Intergenerational Living Community, and Assumption Village.
