You hold space for others.

Let me hold space with you.

We are untangling a myth. The one that tells of urgency and hustle and grit. That sings a sour song of self-abandonment and sacrifice that rubs our weary soul down to the bone. We were lost in its never-ending labyrinth. But we are waking up. We are writing ((and making and feeling and singing and embodying)) a new way forward, a new story. We no longer believe that our body is separate from our whole being. We no longer subscribe to the limiting stories we were told about our deeper purpose.

We can heal and be healed.
We can lead and be led.
We can nurture and be nurtured.

Embodiment, stillness, breathwork, and vibrational alignment guide us toward deeper connection to self and purpose and being able to show up more fully for those we care about ((including ourSelf)).

This is soul care.

Hi, I'm audrey—mindful mama, song-weaver, and holistic voice coach.

I love holding space for people whose work is caring for others—therapists, parents of young kiddos, nurses, and healers. You, who need a dedicated time and place to tend to your own energetic and spiritual wellbeing. To show up and replenish so that you can return to your own heartwork and your people renewed and ready.

I have seen and experienced first-hand that when people have access to spaces that nurture curiosity and growth mindset around singing and self-care, transformation and a deep appreciation for one’s own body, voice, and whole Self is possible. Through music and mindfulness, I seek to cultivate such spaces and to breathe love into the world, one song at a time.

  • My journey has included many twists and unexpected turns and exciting moments for growth, but when I zoom out, I see that the path has always been leading me in this direction, right where I am today.

I am a certified Usui Reiki practitioner ((Levels I & II Holy Fire®)) and mindfulness meditation teacher ((Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program class of 2027)). I also have a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and my Orff-Schulwerk Level 1 certification in music education. I cherish these experiences and the teachers and guides who helped shape me along the way.

I have spent countless hours with comrades in sweaty rehearsal rooms and in polished onstage performances with theatre companies across the Pacific Northwest, including Elsinore Theatre, Broadway Rose, and Portland Opera.

A teacher at heart, I have enjoyed working with learners of all ages for over 15 years, including public and private schools, arts organizations, and after-school programs. I co-founded the Portland non-profit Cathedral Park Performing Arts Collective (CPPAC) and established their Intergenerational Program for elders living in care facilities and those who love them. Today, I am honored to share space with CPPAC, along with The Montessori House of St. Johns in our spacious North Portland hub of learning and creativity.

In more recent years I have become a devoted student of yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness meditation, Reiki, and qigong. These practices and deep ancient wisdom inform not only my teaching and music but the way I seek to move and be in the world.

Perhaps my proudest and most world-shaking experience has been becoming a mother. Every day my little one invites me to think with fresh curiosity and to Be with more loving acceptance of the life that is in me and around me. Through her I become more and more myself.

After a somewhat nomadic childhood, I am accustomed to new beginnings and have always found myself drawn to the welcoming winds of change. Yet I now find deep comfort in the roots I have grown in my little corner of the Pacific Northwest with my spouse, our little one, and our sweet pups. This is home.

If you are feeling called to deepen your spiritual practice and your relationship with your voice, I would love to be in conversation about ways we might work together.

I am currently inviting new members into my Full Voice Singing + soul care community for healers, leaders, and nurturers and booking my signature mindfulness offering for organizational teams, Well of Peace.

Reach out and let’s meet. Voice to voice.❤️

What is calling your soul?

Photographer Rachel Hadiashar

If you’re like me, you know self-care is community care.

Whether your modality of choice is music, energy work, meditation, or deep rest ((or all of the above)), I’m here to cultivate spaces for your own healing and self-tending through individual and collective care.

music

I write songs that soothe and comfort―soulful singer-songwriter folk that speaks to the spiritual facet of our human experience. You’ll find live recordings on my YouTube channel. You can also join my Patreon for a behind-the-scenes look at my process and for access to new songs in the works.

  • Join my Full Voice community, where you’ll receive holistic vocal coaching in our monthly supper + song sessions and 1:1 mentorship in your individual singing + soul care sessions. Keep an eye on my calendar for Soul Sings, Pop-Up Choirs and Song Circles, too!

mindfulness

Whether you’re the leader of an organizational team, a seasoned practitioner, or looking to establish a mindfulness meditation practice, I am here to offer mentorship, guidance, and support on your journey.

  • Through my signature Well of Peace workshops and trainings, I bring mindfulness meditation to you and your colleagues on-location at your workplace or at a reserved retreat space. This sort of self-care in a team setting deepens a culture of awareness, compassion, and camaraderie, and can prevent burnout, leading to higher satisfaction rates in the workplace and deeper fulfillment in life.

reiki

Energy flows through all living beings. When illness, injury, or trauma occurs, our energy can become blocked. This blocked energy can lead to further issues and even illness if not addressed. Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that can help reduce and remove these blocks to help you fully heal. It also promotes deep relaxation and reduces stress.

  • I am excited to announce that I am now offering 1:1 Reiki sessions at my N. Portland studio. Click here to learn more and schedule your session.

retreats

Something magical happens when we set down our list of to-dos and let ourselves rest for a few days or even a few hours. One of my deepest joys in recent years is holding space for deep rest in my own guided retreats and those offered by other teachers.

  • Curated Deep Rest Retreats can be individual or for a group and can include guided mindfulness meditation, sound bath and sound healing, reiki, singing for self-care, and mindful movement like dance, yoga, or even walking. I am also happy to bring any of these elements as a guest facilitator to a retreat you are already offering. Reach out, and let’s vision into your dream retreat together.✨
