What to Expect

Each session includes a reading or quote, breath practice, silent meditation, and songs. Songs are intended to soothe, inspire, and empower and are often repeated from week to week. As you become more familiar with them, you may wish to sing along from the privacy of your own meditation space.

A few other things to note:

  • The room opens at 7:45 am/pm, and Audrey will join right at 8:00 am/pm.

  • You are invited to join the room early or be in your own time of silent reflection before we begin.

  • Your microphone will be muted upon entry. Please remain muted unless you are speaking during the opening or sharing time.

  • Your video may be on or off during the opening and sharing times. Please turn video off during meditation.

  • You may wish to have a journal on-hand to jot down the reflections you are taking away from your practice.

Gifts of Gratitude

I offer these sessions as a gift and a gesture of love. As such, payment is not expected. However, if you wish to express your gratitude in the form of a monetary gift, you may do so on Venmo (@audvoon) or PayPal (PayPal.me/audreyvoon). This month, 50% of all gifts received will be donated to HOLLA, “a campus-based grassroots mentoring movement in Portland, Oregon. [They are] first-generation college students and committed professionals who believe in the power of Black and Brown youth. [They are] here with them, representing and learning alongside them because we believe the time for Black and Brown leaders is now.” Learn more: https://hollamentors.org/.
