Hello, dear friends.
How are you? In these strange times, I think about you often and wonder how you are tending to your heart's needs. In the midst of global pandemic, socio-political unrest, racial injustice, and now destructive wildfires, I have found comfort and healing in song. No, it doesn't make it all go away—let's be real, schnitz still been rough—but it has allowed me to tend to a part of myself that needed nourishment. Singing is my medicine and one piece of my self-care that strengthens my resilience and connection to myself and allows me to keep showing up.
If singing is your medicine, and you're looking to surround yourself with others who are growing along their musical path, too, I invite you to join the St. Johns Women's Choir.

This fall, we're doing things a little differently by focusing on a recorded project—a music video! We'll meet Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:15 pm October 7 - November 18. Everyone who signs up will receive rehearsal tracks for practicing the music at home, access to our private Facebook group, technology coaching (we're looking into a new software!), and our live weekly rehearsals on Zoom.
